This 68 year old camp is designed for children from 2nd grade to 11th grade. The camp has a strong Jewish heritage which influences the activities they offer. My 12 year old son enjoys the friendly staff and the fun activities. He has grown in confidence while discovering who he is in relation to the community at large. Socceropolis Summer Camp - Airport Park
Boys and girls will enjoy age appropriate activities that include: dribbling, trapping, shooting and soccer games. Whether your child is a beginner, intermediate player or experienced club player, our camp will provide the training that will best fir their needs. The goal is to provide the opportunity for each child to develop gross motor skills and nurture his/her growth socially and emotionally through teamwork and good sportsmanship in a safe and supportive environment. Please bring soccer/running shoes, shin guards, lunch, water, snack, and sunscreen. Open Studio for Kid n Me (ages 1+) offers parents and caregivers a great opportunity to get creative with your child and leave the mess for us! The HCA will provide a stimulating playground where you and your children can drop in at any time and play with paint and tactile materials to your hearts content. All supplies will be provided. We offer a weekly drop-in option for the most flexibility, but you may also register for a 3 week session to save! DROP IN: $25 for caregiver + child; $15 for additional siblings or second caregiver. If you REGISTER, the cost per session is $20 for caregiver + child; $10 for additional siblings or second caregiver). Ever had that urge to fold up that quiz that you didnt do so well on and send it ripping across the room, only to realize youd probably end up sitting in detention for your fine flight! Well have no fear, join Club Scientific for Flyin Fierce where it will be expected that youll fold a phenomenal flying machine and if you cant, then well show you how. Toys, darts, stunts, gliders, even balsa wood flyers will be the focus. No worries, well provide the protective eye wear! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Construction Chaos Think youre a problem solver? Believe you have engineering qualities such as designing, building and testing? Well Club Scientific is coming to test your abilities in all three areas with Construction Chaos! Each week youll design and build various structures, and then test each structure for success or failure! Whether they work (or not) youll have an incredible building experience. This is our Culinary Camp week. This week we will be moving around the Bay Area taking daily field trips to learn how to cook. Each day we will head to a different kitchen around the Bay Area and learn from a different about daily cooking themes. As always we will experience this while using public transportation to navigate our way. ***Note****: Due to the locations and the variety of different chefs we are working with on this camp week, we must advise that there will be dishes with nuts, gluten, and other possible food allergies. At this time we advise all children with food allergies that this is not the best choice for you. If you do have specific or rare food allergies please feel free to inquire with us and we will check the ingredients. The week will be comprised of the schedule below*.
