This camp is both challenging and fun. Ice sessions will focus on the fundamentals of skill development and power-skating. Players will learn proper body position, edge control, and how to lengthen their stride. Puck protection, passing and scoring will be skills taught. In addition, players will learn all aspects of team play. Games will be played at night. In addition, players will workout with the Princeton University Strength and Conditioning Coach.
