Great Outdoors Mini Camp June 27th-June 30th Its back to nature in this camp and we mean literally! If it has to do with nature and the great outdoors we are all over it! These days kids seem to be losing touch with nature, so in this camp we are going to bring them back to the wild side. Kids will leave civilization behind as we head out into the great unknown to learn all about nature and surviving the outdoors. Campers will get the ins and outs of navigating trails, compass use, telling time by the sun, identify animal tracks, interact daily with animals, make fossils, build a drift shelter, survival skills, make Native American crafts, outdoor cooking (more than just smores) and so much more. July 22: Sculpture - Inspired Minds - Studio A
Parents can go out for some free time knowing their children are being inspired on a Friday night! Each Friday we will be offering a 3 hour drop off class, with a break for some pizza and a game. Students will be guided through a 1 day art project with room for creativity and exploration. 2016 Level III Summer Intensive in Chicago (June 13 - July 8, 2016) - Colombia College Chicago
Our Level III is a four week program for advanced dancers, ages 14 – 17. Classes are held at Colombia Colleges dance studios, which are shared between two locations: 916 S Wabash Street & 1306 S Michigan Street. Dancers meet for classes Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm and Saturdays, 10am to 2pm. Students attend daily ballet classes and learn Hubbard Street and Hubbard Street 2 repertory. Classes also offered include: Modern, Yoga, Pilates, Improvisation, Hip Hop, physical therapy discussions career discussions, and more.
