Casper Recreation Center was a life saver for my 10 year old daughter. Since my husband and I both have busy careers, we needed something fun for her to do during school breaks. This annual event was created by Leroy Johnson former defensive back for the "University of Southern Mississippi" Our staff is made up of former NFL and Division I athletes. Our mission is to help each participant develop the proper skill set in order to achieve the desired results and to be the best athlete possible. In addition to the on field exercises there will classes held throughout the day that will focus on sportsmanship as well as being coachable. Children grades 1st and up are welcome to join us in the first annual Ultimate Fitness Clinic. This summer camp will teach discipline, self-respect, respect for others, and overall wellness all in a UFC fitness inspired class. Kids will learn valuable life disciplines and the importance of physical fitness and healthy nutrition. Some activities include: • Age appropriate workouts • Basic Self Defense Course • Intro to Mixed Martial Arts • Basic Nutrition Awareness • Anti-Bullying Curriculum Come join us and help raise fitness awareness all while supporting your local school district. All Summer Clinics are three days long from 9am-12pm. Tuition includes fun activities, a snack, and an official UFC Gym T-shirt. This first-class soccer camp focuses on enhancing individual skills, building team tactics and teaching intricacies of the game. In addition to soccer skills, campers will spend time in our state-of-the-art 16,000-square-foot fitness center while working with Laurels certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to learn about lifting techniques, agility, speed, ACL injury prevention and nutrition. Participants will be split into groups based on age and experience. Coach Dennis Weyn - Director of Coaching for Ohio Premier Soccer Club and Eastside Kickers, Dennis is a former member of the U16 and U18 Dutch National Teams and played professional soccer in the Netherlands and the US.
