SummerART Camp Studio Art Morning Program 9:30am to 1:45pm Session II: July 11 to July 22 Studio Art Camp Matisse and Friends: Colors of the Modern Masters Purple skies, pink trees, red rooms, and green people! Its all about color and imagination this session, which will explore artwork by famous Modern and Post Modern masters like Henri Matisse, Paul Gauguin and Pablo Picasso. These artists experimented with depicting the world using fantastic colors, and a bold and expressive style of brushwork. We will experience color in a whole new way while working in fine art materials, found objects, collage, printmaking, and more! Campers will be inspired to create their own wild and wonderful masterpieces. Remix Youth would like to invite you, your family, and your friends Easter morning to our Youth Camp Breakfast Fundraiser! Our menu includes: pancakes, sausage gravy, biscuits, fruit, donuts, muffins, coffee, and juice. Youth Camp can be a life changing week for our teenagers! However, it can be a financial burden for some. The cost for camp this year is $275 per student. The cost includes travel, housing, meals, and secondary health insurance. We want to remove as many obstacles as possible that would prevent a student from attending camp. All donations received at our Easter breakfast will go toward students in need of financial assistance. Thank you for your investment into the lives of our Remix teens! And we promise you will leave full and happy. :)

This junior tennis camp is directed by Frank Polito, Associate Head Tennis Coach at Cleveland State University. The Laurel School Nike Tennis Camp offers the ultimate combination of athletics and fun! All aspects of the game will be taught as campers are evaluated by the staff so that individual instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. Week 8: Day Camp Assistant Training (Leadership Development) - Camp Tanadoona
Day Camp Assistant (DCA) Training is the first step in Tanadoonas leadership development program. DCAs spend the first half of the week engaging in teambuilding workshops and interactive leadership training with lead camp staff. Training includes first aid, behavior management, specialty programming and basic counselor skills. DCAs immediately apply their training when they are partnered with Tanadoona Counselors to assist with Day Camp groups during the second half of the week. Staying overnight on Thursday to help with the Thursday Overnight campers provides additional experiential learning. We recommend a minimum of two years of DCA before progressing to CIT. 612-235-7284
