Beginner to Advanced. Children are divided by age and level. Camps feature development of tennis strokes, rallying skills, and competitive play that is age appropriate. Campers learn teamwork, make friends, and enjoy fun games like Angry Birds Tennis, Skyball and Big Kahuna. All camps feature HIGGINS BUCKS, Water Fun Day (no swimming), and the Higgins Bucks Store where children purchase prizes on Fridays! Sample Weekly Schedule: Monday: Learn the fundamentals, Angry Birds Tennis in the morning and Team Match Play in the afternoon. Unique Summer Camps Just For Ages 9-13: Pioneer Camp - Grove, OK
July 18-21, Pioneer Camp, 9:30am-noon, $60 Have you ever wondered how the Pioneers lived long ago? This camp will allow you to experience many of the daily experiences of that time period bringing history to life. Print on a printing press, weave on a loom, learn how a blacksmith creates metal objects, dip candles and play with old-fashioned toys. Explore the items in “Grandmother’s Trunk” and learn how they were used, and cook on the hearth in Har-Ber Village’s Living History Cabin.

Around the World in Five Days Camp - MacPhail Center for Music - Mpls
Take a musical journey around the world! In this camp, we will explore the ways that children of different cultures play music and games, tell stories, sing, and move just like us. We will "travel" to destinations such as Africa, Central and South America, Australia, China, Russia, and our own native Minnesota, with opportunities to play ethnic instruments, improvise, dance, dramatize, and create art along the way.
