The Michigan Golf program offers outstanding instructional opportunities for golfers entering grades 6 through 12 who are interested in improving their game at the University of Michigan. The coaches of the Michigan Golf Team will teach the fundamentals of short game, give person full-swing instruction, and address on-course strategies. Students will participate in skill contests and have the opportunity to learn on course strategies at our on- site, Alister Mackenzie golf course. We will also utilize V1 golf video instructions, Trackman Radar System, and each camper will receive a personalized report with a coaches evaluation and a game plan for continued improvement. 734-604-5506

Summer Camp Registration will begin Saturday March 21st at 10AM. Sign up for CAMPS including LEARN TO SWIM PROGRAM with the City and County of San Fransisco. This can be done in one of 3 ways: 1. If you sign up for the wrong level it could result in a withdrawal without refund for the class. July 31 - August 6, 2016 (Sunday - Saturday) COST: $265 per camper Registration: Sunday at 3:00pm Come join the fun at Teen Camp as we discover how we can be "Relentless" in our walk with Christ and stand for Him even when it means standing alone. Teen camp is an action packed week with late night recreation, crazy games and relays, horses, archery, tournaments, relaxing in the pool or playing a game of pool in the air conditioned recreation room while making new friends or hanging out with old ones. Last year this week almost sold out, so register early! Teen Camp is open to students entering grades 7 thru 2016 Graduates. There will be a separate program for Jr. High and High School. The $50 non-refundable deposit is due by July 1, 2016 to secure a place for your child. Also, to receive a $10 discount please mail in the remaining balance due or the complete amount due by July 1st, 2016. BodyRite Training Teen Sport Camp - Jamesport, NY
We are excited to announce that BodyRite will be hosting a series of teen athletic camp programs this summer. Many young athletes are looking to improve their abilities in the off season and we believe BodyRite Teens Sport Camp will help enhance athletic skills and performance by using simple methods and sound science. The camp will run three separate sessions in two week sessions, starting July 11th from 11am to 2pm. The best part of the camp, is that no matter what ability level, the camper will progress. Whether an athlete or not, this camp is designed to help any teen interested in working out learn the basics of proper movement, strength training, and sound nutrition. We welcome all abilities ages 13 through 18. Coupling intelligent programming with sport specific nutrition, we will teach the athlete or interested fitness enthusiast how to move better for their sport, and how to fuel thier bodies properly for optimal performance.

This is our largest fundraising event of the year. We rely on support of our community so that we can provide our services to everyone, regardless of income. All proceeds from this event will directly benefit our Summer Camp and year-round education/recreation programs and activities for youth and adults with physical and cognitive disabilities, and children with special medical needs. Campers will practice and play a variety of team and individual sports throughout the week, including stand up paddle boarding, sea kayaking on the reservoir, relays, limbo, biking, swimming and trekking. This camp is all about getting wet! Learn about the issues surrounding water locally and around the world. Well read a variety of books about water adventures and even have a river rafting adventure of our own! Campers will explore the waterways in our Yampa River Valley and try their hands at catching aquatic insects and fish. This camp includes an overnight rafting trip with Camp Splash II students. Students will attend camp in Steamboat M-W 8:30-5PM. Leave Steamboat early Thursday morning and return Friday at 1pm. 855-426-6587
