2016 Minister's Retreat - Albemarle, NC
Mark your calendars for October 3-5 and make plans to gather with pastors from throughout North Carolina at Joshua Free Will Baptist Youth Camp in Albemarle, NC for the annual North Carolina Association of Free Will Baptists Ministers' Retreat. Set aside the demands of ministry and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of Camp Joshua. You'll find rest and renewal with pastors, preachers, and ministry leaders who have come from the coast to the mountains gather together for mutual support and encouragement. For those sports-minded men, golf outings will be arranged for both Monday and Tuesday. Bring your clubs! The festivities begin on Monday evening with dinner at 6:00 p.m. Our first service kicks off at 7:00 p.m. with featured speakers Rev. Teen Yoga Camp - Bryan, TX
Meeting Monday-Friday, 1-5p, the student will get TWO yoga classes each day, Vinyasa and Restorative. We will also have time to create different elements/crafts that will help the student continue this practice after the camp is finished. We will make journals, mala beads, eye pillows, and they will learn to blend tea and make their own blend to take home. The price also includes 3 additional weeks of unlimited yoga. Our desire with this program is to offer an avenue for the youth in our community to learn how to quiet their mind and to build self-awareness. Studies have shown learning these basic human fundamentals help increase tests scores, better decision making, improved communication skills.

Inventors Workshop - Old Trail School
Time to put your thinking cap on! You will become an inventor this week. We will be exploring old household appliances by taking them apart using real tools. Using your take apart pieces and recyclable materials you will be able to create your very own invention! Come join us at the end of the week for our very own Inventors Hall of Fame! LITTLE SLUGGERS BASEBALL CAMP - Adams Park
Put me in coach...Im ready to play! This camp will focus on baseball fundamentals and techniques from hitting, fielding, and throwing to base running and more. Camp will be conducted rain or shine. Parents will be provided with information on how to handle rain days on the first day of camp. Supplies: Campers should bring their own bat and glove, and a plenty of water each day. All campers should arrive at camp with sunscreen already applied, as well as with additional sunscreen, as needed. We recommend campers use sunscreen with a SPF of at least 30. This course develops proficiency in operating the Mac as applied to learning the basic design tools of Adobe Creative Suites main programs: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
