Kid's Clinic offered every other week on Wednesdays in the summer months for Kid's (riders 18 and younger) to learn how to wakeboard or wakesurf with Lake Hopatcong Marine. ALL LEVELS of riders encouraged to join, beginners or expert. They form bands, write songs together, and perform them at a local venue. They also get to experience a great selection of workshops, which include the following: Songwriting, DJing, Hip Hop Dance, Screenprinting (making their own band t-shirts), Zine-Making, Yoga, Recording/Engineering, and Martial Arts Girls Rock Santa Barbara! is an organization that empowers girls through music. Through music lessons, creative expression, workshops, group activities, and performance, girls learn self-confidence and teamwork. GRSB challenges gender stereotypes, encourages collaboration and tolerance among peers, and provides a safe and comfortable space for girls of all backgrounds to express themselves. The West Fargo Park District, Red River Valley Fair and Bell State Bank are teaming up to offer a 2 Day Camp. Campers will experience the Fair form a new prospective. Each Day will be packed with fun activities, including visiting behind the scene of the Grandstand and barns, check out a carnival ride, complete a special project to take home! New this year to the fair is the Street Beat on the Y94 stage. Street Beat is an high energy drum and dance show for you to sit back and enjoy or dance to the beat of the drums. A snack will be provided each day. Please request t-shirt size on registration form. This is a rain or shine event. Meet at the Schollander Information Building. Gate admission is free between 11am-1:00pm. This camp is sponsored by Bell State Bank and Trust, the Red River Valley Fair and the West Fargo Park District. This class will consist of daily bike rides to different places to participate in a variety of sporting activities such as visiting local parks and playing soccer, frisbee golf, and organized games. Biking helps both aerobic conditioning and muscle strength. Students must bring a bike, helmet, water bottle, snack and sunscreen.
