Animal Trainer/Zoo Keeper Camp (In Depth) July 13th & July 27th 9am – 4pm $95 Ages 11+ Led by one of our animal keepers, this in-depth experience is for the older students who are serious about learning about animal husbandry and medical care of animals. Space is limited for this course as students will get to tour around the facility and learn specific information and needs of our animal collection. Students will get to not only encounter animals in our behind the scenes animal room, but to assist with animal care, food prep, cleaning. The camp will get to put together an animal enclosure for one of our animals by working together as a team. Students learn to train an animal and even make an enrichment toy for our animals. Four Elements Kid's Camp - Naples, FL
Children 5 to 12 years are invited to one or both days of our half-day camps. Our activities will reflect each of these four elements, and be predominantly outside, so dress for comfort! We’ll explore air and fire on Thursday, learning about the power of air currents and our biggest fireball, the sun. On Friday, special guest Valerie Flanigan from Driftwood Garden Center will help us make and/or decorate stepping stones for our garden (earth), then we move to the element of water, where we create an ocean in a bottle and play with watercolor magic. We end with Tai Chi by Elena Roubicek! Registration is required and each session is limited to 10 participants so we can give our best to each child. All materials are provided, including a snack. Both camps are presented on a love-offering basis and open to all children.

One Day Prep Camp - Trienens Indoor Fieldhouse
NOTE: GOALKEEPER REGISTRATION IS FULL FOR THIS CAMP. We encourage your goalkeeper to attend the next One Day Prep Camp in June - details TBA. One Day Camp for those serious club and high school soccer players interested in playing college soccer in their future. Players are usually of high level but camp is open to all based only on age. The day is comprised of technical training, small sided games, full sided games, and a recruiting lecture by the Northwestern Coaching Staff. Tournament and Belt Test - Important information - St. Marks Catholic School
Tournament start times 10:00 a.m. White, Gold, Green belt check-in 9:30 a.m. 12:30 p.m. Purple, Blue, Red, Brown belt check-in 12:00 p.m. Event timing example The White belts would be assigned a ring for testing. Green belts in another ring for sparring competition and the Gold belts would do Form competition in a third ring. When the events are done (approximately 20-30 minutes) they will rotate to another event. All awards will be done at ringside. Form Competition This is where students compete against one another by doing a form in front of a panel of Judges for points (weve been practicing in class). Form divisions are set by belt level. Judges look for intensity, Focus, strength, technique and attitude. The competitor with the most points wins 1st place etc. Tournament Champions There will be a Lower belt Champion (green belt and below) and an Upper belt Champion (purple and above). The competitors who win first place in both form and sparring events will be eligible for this event.
