Summer Camps in Malta, OH
LATEST CAMPS NEWS: Summer Camp - Half Day Morning - Week 10 - Mockingbird Baby
Morning: Impossible Search & Rescue Teams in this class have accepted the challenge to be the first responder in circumstances of extreme weather, danger, abandonment and quarantine. These victims need: robots that can climb up ropes to rescue Lego Mini Figure victims, rovers that can drive through and over any obstacle, and so much more. We want to know if your robot can save the day. Note: Even though between some weekly sessions there might appear the same program names, in our actual education program, we will have different depth of technology and engineering principles to be applied by our children under our inspirational guidance... Your kids will never feel bored and never repeat the same experiment or exploration... 7135985250.0

Here's what a parent said about her child's experience in camp in early June: "I just wanted to let you know that she has LOVED this camp. It is such a pleasure when I sign my child up for a camp to know that the money was well spent, and that there is no whining about going to camp - she's up and out of bed, lunch packed and ready to go every morning. I am so looking forward to the show to see all that she has been working on. Every day after camp I get a play by play breakdown of all that they did that day - I don't get that with other camps! She is so bubbly about the day and excited to share what she did and learned and looks forward to the next day....

Youth Winter Weightlifting Camp - Waunakee, WI
We are pleased to announce an upcoming Youth Weightlifting Camp, hosted by two USAW Certified Coach’s. This is a great opportunity for local kids during their winter break, plus it is for all levels. The online sign up, for this 2 day clinic, is attached below. We will also have t-shirts, tank tops, or a hat for each registered attendee. Strength training for kids should consist of skills, coordination, stability, movement, agility, kinesthetic awareness, flexibility and balance. This should include big muscle groups that utilize body weight movements and free weights with light, manageable loads. Things like Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and plyometric movements. If these exercises and movement patterns are taught at a young age, the athlete will have a greater advantage in technique as they progress in age and strength. Our Youth Weightlifting Camp is December 28-29th from 9am til 11am both days, for ages 7-17, and again for all levels.
