Limerick Fire Company's 4th Annual YOUTH FIREFIGHTER CAMP June 19-23, 2017; 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Ages 6-13 years of age Why try this Camp? You will: ►Learn fire safety you thought you knew & then apply what you’ve learned ►Learn about the fire house, trucks (apparatus), and personnel ►Hands-on with various equipment ►Ladders-learn the how-to’s ►Hoses-proper techniques to connect to the hydrant, flow water, roll up, etc. ►Extinguishers-the ABC’s ►Rescue tools during simulated live demonstrations ►Fire gear-bunker pants, jacket, helmet, safety gloves & glasses all provided ►Watch & participate in several live demonstrations with the firefighters ►And so much more…. Registration will open around the beginning of May 2017.

Thank you so much for supporting Camp Common Ground's effort to get our youth leaders in Oakland to camp! Your attendance and participation at the launch of our second fundraiser will be imperative to ensuring that our youth from diverse racial and economic backgrounds can stand together this summer to break down barriers that exist between their communities. Come hungry and ready to drink, and don't forget your laptops, smartphones, tablets, etc. that we will use to get the word out about the fundraiser to all of our networks! What's the impact we will make in one day? The fundraiser will last for the entire month of March. During last month's fundraiser, Camp Common Ground supporters exceeded the fundraising goal of $4800. The $5400 raised will bring 4 Oakland youth to camp. During this fundraiser, we will raise $13,200, which will bring 16 more Oakland youth to camp--6 more on full scholarships and 10 on partial scholarships. Looking forward to seeing you there!

The Sprouts group is a group of eight our young campers. Each day on the farm will bring new adventures in the garden, tending the animals, crafting, and cooking. From names and greetings to family and daily life to mythology and expressions used in English, we will learn some basic Latin terms to use and make some interesting artifacts. We will explore ways that Latin and the Romans are still influencing the world today. Join Magistra for some toga-rrific fun! Gateway Elite Volleyball Camp - Gateway Elite Volleyball Camp
Gateway Elite Camp is a college exposure camp for high school players. It is targeted to those players hoping to pursue their volleyball careers at the collegiate level. As such, the camp staff will be comprised solely of current and former collegiate coaches. This camp will focus on high-level training, strategy and technique. It will not provide instruction on basic skills. A letter of recommendation from your coach is not required, but players are encouraged to consult their coaches to determine if this camp is appropriate. This camp is open to players entering 9th through freshman year in college and runs from 9am - 4pm the first two days and 9am - noon the third day. 314-394-1110

This is our Mixup week. This week we will be moving around the Bay Area taking daily field trips while using public transportation to navigate our way. The week will be comprised of the schedule below*. July 3 camp not included unless added with purchase session option. Day 1: July 4th observed on this day - Camp Day will not be run Day 2: TBD Day 3: TBD Day 4: TBD Day 5: TBD (Days may not be in the specific order above) We meet at Rockridge BART station every morning at 8 AM then travel the city to our destination or destinations. We return to Rockridge BART at 4PM for pickup or post camp day care. *Note: UAC will follow the schedule posted unless issues arise, in which case we will make any and all substitutions equal to the current schedule. 510-339-0676

The Fort Frankfort Adventures Summer Day Camp is back for another awesome summer. This camp is designed for children entering 1st - 6th grade this fall. This full day camp will provide plenty of outdoor activities, water days arts & crafts and a feild trip each week. Fort Frankfort Summer Adventures Summer Day Camp will be held a Commisioners Park, located at 22108 S. 80th Ave. in Frankfort. The Frankfort Park District continues its partnership with School District 157C for the use of Chelsea Middle School, which is located next to Commisioners Park. We will use the facility for before and after camp and during inclement weather conditions. The camp will run from 9-4pm, Monday thru Friday, with a bfore and after care option. Bring a lunch and water bottle each day. Luch may be included on certain field trip days.Registration must be done in person at our main office located at the Founders Community Center, 140 Oak Street. INSTRUCTOR Staff
