The holidays are such wonderful times to spend with the family. But sometimes, you need some extra time to clean or relax away from it all. Honor Yoga Jackson is happy to invite you to our first Kids Yoga camp! Running for three days, December 28, 29, and 30, the classes are two hours each. Deanna--who also teaches kindergaten--will be teaching the kids yoga through music, games, partner yoga and silly props! Working with well known movie and Broadway songs, children will learn the fundamentals of singing. Each class will explore warming up and vocal technique with age appropriate tunes and vocal games. Children will also learn musical theatre performance techniques which will culminate in numbers performed for family and friends at the end of the year performance. Songs will be chosen from the classic Disney songbook through newer Broadway favorites. Past performance pieces have included such favorites as "Do You Wanna Build a Snowman" from Frozen, "Evrybody Wants to Be a Cat" from Disneys The Artistocats and "Choose Me" from The Castaways.
