For rising 3rd-5th grade students Dont come unraveled by summer boredom! Learn a new hobby at knitting camp! All students will learn the basics of knitting: how to cast on, bind off, knit, purl, and make I-cord. There will be three different projects each week. Other fun activities may include dying yarn with Kool-Aid and a basic weaving project. You may register for just the first week, or both! Join BYUs cheer coach Jocelyn Allan and the BYU Cheer Squad for the best cheer camp of the year! This camp is designed to prepare future BYU cheerleaders for their junior high, high school, all-star and college-level tryouts. The primary focus of this camp is on both co-ed and all-girl stunting. If you are already a cheerleader, this camp will improve your skills and prepare you to excel this year. The week long day camp offers a wide variety of sports and activities for campers to participate in. Activities included are: basketball, swimming, soccer, volleyball, tennis, ping pong, kick ball, arts and crafts, and others. All activities take place on the beautiful Hayward campus of Cal State East Bay. A daily lunch is provided and if there are any dietary needs just let us know and we can accommodate your camper. The only equipment that your camper will need to bring are: swim suit, towel, goggles (if preferred), snacks, and shoes to be active in (sandals are highly discouraged).
