This combination class offers children a sampling of art projects using various media such as painting, watercolors, collage, and pastels. It is amazing what you can do when you explore your imagination. A variety of materials are used to create your many masterpieces – Many projects are built upon each class, so that students experience a variety of mediums and take home several projects. LUNCH: Students must bring their own bag lunches and drinks each day. No class July 4. This course is for students wishing to enrich their math skills before entering 9th grade. Students focus on the standard topics of first-year algebra, emphasizing the fundamental ideas of the subject. Topics may include solving and graphing linear equations and functions, quadratic equations and functions, solving and graphing inequalities, systems of equations, factoring expressions, absolute value and exponential and radical expressions and equations.
