Summer Camp Girls Empowerment - Skyliner Lodge
There is a potent seed within all of us that receives nourishment when we consciously gather together. The nourishment comes from celebrating the divinity within each pair of eyes that we behold as they reflect our own spirit back to us. This seed eventually matures into the unique way that we embody and radiate beauty during our earth walk. In this transformational week, we will incorporate the sacred elements of nature, mindfulness, and ceremony to provide an opportunity for inner blossoming. We will be accessing the ancient wisdom of our ancestral grandmothers, making plant medicines, dying fabrics, and weaving with natural fibers. We will be accessing the deep and profound stillness that allows us to be fully present and fully ourselves. We will be celebrating life through creating earth art and body paints. All the while, the girls will be inspired by one another in a safe and supportive group setting. DISCOVERY - FUSED GLASS! - Notre Dame Academy
By learning to fuse and slump glass, participants will create their own unique "works of art," such as sun catchers, picture frames and more! Come join us and release your "inner artist! Period 4 - Put on a Play - NBJH Room 246
Students will use the summer school session to work on basic acting skills, and then apply those skills as they rehearse and perform a play for the last day of class. The class exposes students to the dramatic process and gives them an opportunity to apply what theyve learned to a final project. Land of LEGOS! - Building C
Do you love Legos? Come have a super week building a LEGO zipline, creating an erupting LEGO volcano, and even baking LEGO cookies. Unleash your imagination, create your own designs and join the fun for some impressive LEGO building challenges along the way! By weeks end well put together a book that details our many LEGO creations. Tommy Tuberville Middle School Camp Grades 5 to 8 - Sheakley Athletic Complex at UC
Members of the Cincinnati Football Staff will lead each Position along with local high school coaches focusing on skill development in both Offensive and Defensive Positions. Wear general workout gear to camp. Helmets are not worn in this camp. General athletic shoes or football cleats work well on field turf. These camps are for those 5-8 in Fall ‘16. 5135565986.0
