Join Smart with Art as we discover sea-life creatures and explore the ocean with clay! We will create a bookend influenced by Edward Hoppers art, including a relief lighthouse design. We will work with glass pieces and clay, as we create a slab box based on Hokusais The Great Wave painting. We will learn about creating coils in clay as we design a tile with a sea creature of our choice. Exploring pinch pots techniques, students will design a bigmouth fish creation. Sailing The Opti 2 Sailing class builds on the 1s mastery of the basic skills of sailing. Participants will work on developing advanced sailing skills.
