Have your child join us on an adventure to transform the world as we know it! Students will learn about one of the most innovative technologies of our time - 3D Printing - and how to use Computer Aided Design (CAD) software to create and print (and take home) a series of awesome designs! But why not use these skills for social good? Every lesson, students will exchange video messages with their sponsored partner student who lives in a developing country - together, they will come to identify and learn about a global issue, and then collaboratively design, print and test an invention to help solve that issue! What this camp might lack in 5 star hotel lodging they more than make up for in personal attention to campers. They remember every camper by name, send them birthday cards, and make sure each one is recognized as a VERY special person. They have been doing this for 35 years with an impeccable safety record. Teen Film Makers Camp - Round Rock, TX
In this 2 week class series kids will learn the art of film making. The class will work together to take a short script, break it down, cast, schedule and film it. Students will work with Industry professionals and be assigned specific roles/departments. Upon completion, the footage will be handed off to the Editing Class and once completed thru post, each child will get a downloadable link of their final completed movie to share with Family & Friends.

This is our History 1 week. This week we will be moving around the Bay Area taking daily field trips while using public transportation to navigate our way. The week will be comprised of the schedule below*. Day 1: Alcatraz Day 2: GG Bridge/SF Maritime Museum Day 3: Oakland Walking Tour/Oakland Museum of California Day 4: De Young Museum (may be substituted) Day 5: USS Hornet (Days may not be in the specific order above) We meet at Rockridge BART station every morning at 8 AM then travel the city to our destination or destinations.
