Riverside Retreat, formerly the South Florida United Methodist Camp, was renamed in 2006 for its location on the banks of the Caloosahatchee River. Our nearly 150 acres are dotted with open meadows and grassy corridors surrounded by a lush forest of pines, cypress, palms, live oaks and other native species. The varied habitat provides beauty and the opportunity for exploration and appreciation of creation, as noted in our motto.
Youth & Teen Summer Camp (ages 6 and up) - Largo, FL
What: This camp is perfect for the beginning or the experienced dancer. Whether you’re wanting to try out new styles of dance or just want to hone your skills for the next dance season, this camp has it all! Classes Include: Stretch & Strength, Leaps & Turns, Acrobatics, Contemporary, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Acting & Improv, Musical Theater, Vocal Technique (Ages 6 & up from beginners to advanced dancers) When: Week 1: July 11-15 from 10am-4pm Week 2: July 18-22 from 10am-4pm Price: One week of camp: $200 Both weeks of camp: $300 How to register: Please create a parent portal account at: https://dancestudio-pro.com/online/vibedancecenter Once you create an account you will be able to enroll and pay for summer camps. Teen Snow Camp Camp at CoBeAc - Prudenville, MI
Every teen is looking for a reason to take a few days off school and have some fun. Camp CoBeAc offers the opportunity for teens to break away from busy schedules and loads of homework. Come and spend a few days at camp for a time to relax physically and recharge spiritually. This exciting weekend contains five preaching sessions by Pastor Kurt Skelly, late night tubing, volleyball and basketball tournaments, team competitions, blazing fireplace, human foosball, special skit hour, annual broom hockey tournament, cozy coffee shop and gift store, delicious meals, and so much more!!! Cost is $95, and you must pre-register with the church. Teens will need money for meals on the way up and back, as well as spending money at the coffee shop and gift store. We leave on Thursday, Jan. 28 and return on Saturday, Jan. 30. Pick up a registration form at church!

Clay is a great way to have fun and get creative. No experience needed. Students will be introduced to techniques with hand building and throwing basic forms on the potters wheel. They will create dynamic surface decorations using glazes, slips and applied elements. Please wear clothes you dont mind getting dirty and bring a towel. Camps will include all necessary supplies.
