Develop the skills and attitude to become a lifetime mountain biker including riding skills and strategies, safety, trail etiquette, stewardship, environmental awareness, and bike maintenance. Staging at Fort Tuthill County Park, Exit 337 off I-17, unless told otherwise. Participants may meet at another location as trips demand. This hands-on camp reveals the rewards and excitement of LEGO robotics. Working with a partner, your child will learn about mechanical design, gear ratios and computer programming using the LEGO Mindstorms robotics system. Campers will also be creating their own video game. Participants will create background settings, characters, animated movements and sound effects. Participants will be introduced to computer programming using easy to learn tools and increase their knowledge of robotics technology while enjoying time with their peers.
