Lenape Day Camp - Session I (Grades 1-6) - Community Middle School
Lenape Day Camp - Session I (Grades 1-6) Recreational camp provides a variety of activities such as arts and crafts, multi-cultural games, fitness, science, nature, and swimming. Field trips and special presentations are planned throughout the summer. Swim program is not optional. All campers will participate in a 1/2 hour American Red Cross swim lesson and a 1/2 hour of recreational swim each day. Registration is for full two-week session. Lenape cannot be combined with other specialty or sport camps offered by the Township. Pre and Post Camp care is offered at Millstone River School through WWP Community Education for an additional fee. Children enrolled in pre/post camp will be escorted by camp staff members between the two schools. To register with WWP Community Education, please click on "Community Education EDP Program" under Extra Details on the right side of this page. Projects will include some major clean-up work, such as clearing brush and building fire lines, fix-up jobs, wood cutting, simple construction and other needed repairs or improvements to camp facilities and grounds. Please bring suitable work gear such as heavy-duty boots or shoes, durable clothing, gloves and rain gear. Project campers must provide their own bedding.
