Our participants will have the opportunity to experience a variety of sports and skills, through developmentally appropriate activities. All programs have been designed by certified physical education teachers and varsity sports coaches. Peak Performance Sports Camps will "TAKE KIDS TO THE TOP OF THEIR GAME!" Not only do our participants learn, but they also have fun! Our programs are designed to introduce skills to beginners and to help more experienced athletes enhance their skills. The activities offered include individual sports, team sports, cooperative games, and physical education activities. In this workshop, we will teach your teen how to read and cut a pattern, and sew a dress of their very own! A basic knowledge of sewing is required for this class. July 21st-22nd: 1pm-5pm (8 hours total) $65 includes pattern and elastic thread. Campers should bring fabric (see chart) and coordinating thread. Campers can bring a snack if desired. Ages 13 and up

They will also practice cooking skills, learn kid-friendly games, go swimming and have the opportunity to work with our youngest camps. This week will leave campers with the confidence and knowledge to start taking care of little ones! Camp fee includes babysitter handbook & certificate and First Aid/CPR certification.
