WHAT: The mini-camp is designed to help participants develop and improve their football skills, sportsmanship and teamwork, while building confidence both on-and-off the field. 4) Grinders - Bolles San Jose Campus
Our "Grinders" class is ideal for intermediate players between the ages of 8 and 18. Practices will take place on the full 78 foot court. Players will be coached on the fundamentals of tennis in a fun, encouraging atmosphere. Players will develop athleticism through daily age-appropriate fitness activities, make friends and improve their game! Spring Break Clinic - Oklahoma State University
Come and develop your soccer skills with OSU Head Coach Colin Carmichael, OSU Associate Head Coach Justin Elkington and OSU assistant coach Ben Williams. Coach Carmichael is a four time Big 12 Coach of the Year and three time NSCAA Regional Coach of the Year. Coach Elkington was voted NSCAA Assistant Coach of the Year in 2011. Both coaches have attained their USSF A licenses and their NSCAA Premier Diplomas. The OSU staff will be assisted by local youth coaches and current OSU soccer team members. US Girls Basketball Camp - EA Gym
This camp is designed to work with girls who are entering or already competing at the Varsity level. Emphasis on strengthening skills and fundamentals of basketball is key. 110% effort will be requested of all campers as they challenge one another with friendly competitions and games. Individual skill drills include: shooting, dribbling, rebounding, passing, defense and offensive moves. Team/Group skill drills include: team offense/defense, moving without the ball, rebounding/blocking out. Campers will be challenged each day to compete at their highest level while incorporating friendly competition.
