Gear Up Football Presents: Inaugural FREE Youth Football Camp - Waxaha
Gear Up Football is excited to announce its Inaugural FREE Youth Football Camp! This 1-Day camp is for ages 6 - 14 (1st Grade - 8th Grade). Our camp instructors will include current and former NFL, CFL & AFL players who will provide a hands-on approach with the campers. Camp - Junior Theater S2 M-F 9:30 am (Ages 7-12) - Beck Center for the Arts
This activity may not be registered for individually because it is part of a package.The Junior Theater Camp is designed for all students, whether or not they have prior performance experience. Campers work with theater professionals learning techniques in acting, singing, and dancing as they rehearse for their original show. This fun performance is a culmination of their work and features acting scenes and musical numbers. Actors present the show for family and friends on the last day of camp, August 12 at 11:30 am and 6:30 pm on the stage in Beck Centers Music & Dance Building Recital Hall. Information concerning performances and tickets is distributed the first day of camp. Students are required to participate in both performances. 3 weeks; Mon - Fri; 12:30 - 2:30 pm; Tuition: $270 (Does not include admission to performances) Tickets to the performances are $5 each. Performance seating is limited. There is a 30-minute informational orientation for parents and students on the first day of camp. Lunch-time supervision provided for students enrolling in both the Visual Arts and Junior Theater Camps. KidSport Before Camp Care Week of 6/20 - 6/24 - Scarlett Middle School
Before Camp Care for KidSport the week of 6/20 - 6/24. Parents/guardians bring camper into building for sign-in. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- KidSport offers children the opportunity to learn and refine non-competitive sport-specific, team building and social skills. The activities are age appropriate and developed by experts in children?s physical education. KidSport is staffed by certified teachers as well as physical education and education majors focused on providing a first-rate experience for your kids! Wrestling Camp - Germantown Friends School
The Germantown Friends School Wrestling Camp is open to students of any ability. Our goal is to give you a dynamic week of training tailored to your ability that will help build the foundation for a great wrestling career. We provide a safe, enjoyable environment and emphasize the ethical aspects of the sport. Participants will work on techniques in the morning, including set-up actions, positions, throws, offense, counter offense, bottom, and more. Live wrestling will take place during the afternoon. The camp will be divided into two groups, junior wrestlers (grades 1 - 5) and senior wrestlers (grades 6 - 12). GFS Wrestling coach and former college wrestler Paul Hammond will not only be directing the camp, but he also will be sharing his passion for the sport he has been practicing since he was fourteen.
