An unforgettable getaway for 7th–12th graders. The week is jam-packed with exciting team competitions and powerful, life-changing preaching and teaching. The Fall edition of our Teen Power Camp provides a fundamental fitness foundation for any high school student, scaled to anyone from first timers just trying to get into shape to high school athletes looking for structured off-season training or additional in-season work. The Teen Power Program will introduce athletes to bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, powerlifting and basic olympic weightlifting, all while under the close supervision of a certified CrossFit instructor. Our goal is to teach local Teens how to safely and efficiently move their body and external objects (bars, kettlebells, medicine balls, etc) through space, dramatically improving body composition and improving athletic ability in anyone. Our program is designed to increase stamina, strength, power, endurance, coordination, balance, accuracy and flexibility in any person, all while in a team environment filled with positive people. Every workout is scaled to ANY teens capacity. Teens must be at least 13 years of age and emotionally mature. Cost is $119 per month for children of Apogee members and $139 for children of non-Apogee members Class runs 330-430pm every Tuesday and Thursday. Interested? Playground games are physically and mentally challenging and support social and conflict resolution skills. These games are excellent in supporting healthy growth of endurance and dexterity. All week in the camp were playing games. Well be introducing new games as well as playing some of our old-time favorites. Most of the games we will play are cooperative in nature but there may be a few where some light competition is encouraged. 206-957-1533

Camp is open to all skill levels of players. Campers are grouped based on age, ability, and experience. Each camper will receive instruction on the fundamentals of all strokes and will enhance their skills through repetition, ball-feeding drills, live-ball situation and competitive play. USPTA coaches Wilston Poon and Stanford Poon direct all sessions. Please bring a racket, new can of balls, snack, sunscreen, water, and hat/sunglasses. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PRIORITY ONLINE REGISTRATION (for Santa Monica Residents only) runs February 3 (6 am) through February 9. Non-resident registration opens February 10. REFUNDS - Refunds will be issued with medical documentation or if requested at least 5 calendar days prior to the first meeting. Refunds will be prorated. The Counselors presence at camp is an integral part of the summer camp experience for everyone. Ideally, we are looking for dynamic individuals who share a passion for camp, a love of working and who are seeking a deeper relationship with Jesus. It is important to keep in mind that this job in its simplest form is servant leadership. It is tiring, sometimes trying, and our focus as staff should not be on ourselves but on our campers. As staff of Cathedral Ridge summer camps, we are also representatives of the Episcopal Church in Colorado, and are working in a ministry that many people believe to be incredibly important in our Diocese. While the job of a camp counselor is not for the weary, it can be a very rewarding and enlightening experience. The life-knowledge and skill set you will acquire while you are here will be invaluable in your future. 303-837-1173
