Teen World MInistries will be holding its 23rd Annual Bible Camp the week of June 5-11, 2016 at Promise Camp & Retreat Center in Clinton, PA. Our camp theme for the week is "Jesus Christ: Born, Crucified, Risen!" with Luke 24:45-47 being our theme verses. We will be memorizing and studying the Book of Luke (ESV 2011 Text) chapters 2:1-38, 23:26-56, and 24:1-53.. Teen World Bible Camp is open to all youth entering grades 4-12 in the 2016-2017 school year and 2016 high school graduates. Registration Fee for camp is $150 . Exploration musicale - South Hills Church
This brand new class will use French songs and musical games to develop listening, memory and diction skills. Students will love exploring different styles of music and playing different instruments, allowing them to develop a sense of rhythm, musical interpretation and improvisation and enhancing self-confidence. This class will also include gross motor skills development through outdoor play and cooperative games in French. 818-561-7772
Spring Clinic - Princeton Stadium
Princeton Field Hockey will be offering a Spring Clinic and Play Day on Sunday, April 3rd from 1:30-4:30pm. The clinic is open to both individuals and teams and will take the format of a technical skill circuit followed by, small-sided games and a 7v7 round robin tournament. Princeton University players and coaches will be leading the skill circuit and small-sided games along with coaching the 7v7 teams. Places are limited and will be filled on a first come first served basis. Please arrive at the field no later than 1:15pm for registration. Beginning Traditional Strings (Fridays) - Viewpoint School
The Beginning Traditional Strings class is for students in Third and Fourth Grade who have no experience and wish to play violin, viola, cello or bass in a traditional class setting. The class will focus on proper instrument posture, note reading and repertoire from the Essential Elements for Strings. These weekly, hour-long lessons include a snack and short break. Students must rent or purchase their own instruments. A book and other instructional materials will be provided. Classes meet on Fridays from 3:15 - 4:15 p.m. 818-591-6597
