All kids up to age 18 welcome, no charge for current EquQuest horsemanship students; $250 for new students Camp dates are March 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18; 10 AM to 1 PM each day. Kid's learn to catch their own horse, tack it up, do ground work and ride (as age and confidence level appropriate). Get's them outside in sunshine and fresh air, helps them develop compassion for animals and puts them in touch with nature. Bring sunscreen, water and a snack. This camp is perfect for the first time camper. Each week has a different theme that crafts and activities will be based around. Our 1:5 staff to child ratio allows for lots of attention and focus spent encouraging your childs social development. Activities include movement, music, group games, water play, arts and crafts, and more! This is a great camp for children getting ready to enter kindergarten. Participants must be potty trained. INSTRUCTOR JOHN WALDRON received his BFA in theatre from Virginia Commonwealth University. As an actor, director, and instructor, he has been working in the region for over 20 years.
