PMBC 2016-2017 TEEN'S JOY RETREAT - Grapeland, TX
This will be the Teens at Progressive Missionary Baptist Church first Retreat. We are excited for what God has in store for this generation.The Theme for the Retreat this year is Joy! ( Jesus First Others Second & Yourself Third ) We are expecting that there will be a lot of spiritual growth, fun, camp retreat activities, food, laughter, music, friends, family, and a whole lot of Jesus!!! Teen Photography Camp - Aberdeen, WA
For ages 14-17. Learn techniques and skills to use your DSLR camera for marketing platforms. With a focus on digital photography for use on websites, advertising, and social media. We’ll explore the world of marketing with our cameras and give real world experience in the field.

Elite Stride Kid's Fitness Camp - Conroe, TX
Beginning June 5, 2015, Elite Stride will be holding a 6-week strength and conditioning training camp and also skilled position training camp. Age group 6-12. The ending date for this event is July 17. Our goal is to help your children get the most out of their summer vacation and provide them with an outlet to stay active as well as reinforce a sense of leadership and discipline. Not only will we get your kids in shape to perform their best, but we will motivate them to excel in their education and at home. This camp will be coached by Dwain Kanyiki, a Navy veteran, personal trainer, little league football coach, and Lone Star College football coach. Film-Visual Arts - Amador Elementary School
FINE ARTS ARTISTIC EXPLORATION - NO LUGGAGE REQUIRED Students will analyze the role and development of the visual arts in past and present cultures throughout the world, noting human diversity as it relates to the visual arts and artists. While participating in mini projects inspired by artists, students will have the practical opportunity to develop character by working together applying their learning for the common good of their school, local, and/or global community with a service learning project. Students will perceive and respond to works of art, objects in nature, events, and the environment. Students will describe how artists can show the same theme by using different media and styles. The culminating wearable art project will center around common class selected themes demonstrating human diversity as it relates to visual arts. DIGITAL PROJECTS FROM CONCEPTION TO PROJECTION INVENTIONS Budding entrepreneurs will be provided with problem-solving opportunities to explore the inventor that is within their imagination. Students will work independently and collaboratively to apply their creativity to solve problems that include interactive physics applications. Secret Agent Lab Go inside a scientists lab and discover the secrets youve always wondered about. Use your skills as a chemist to make your own radical reactions with batteries, a chemical clock, and more. Compare fingerprints and discover the mysteries of DNA as you fine-tune your secret agent skills. Make brain goo and check out your bones as you travel the organ trail. Take your robotic skills to the next level at this camp for incoming 7th to 9th graders.
