LATEST CAMPS NEWS: Half Day Wk1 - NonRes - Epping Forest Clubhouse
Our morning program lasts from 9am to 12pm, and includes programs for Jellyfish (ages 4-5), Rockfish (ages 6-8) and Blue Crabs (ages 9-12). The morning session typically consists of three 45-60 minute activities that will be exciting and engaging for your children. During each of these time slots we endeavor to provide options for your child, enabling them to do what they like most and empowering them to have the most fun with their day. Activities throughout the day are structured around three main themes including: OUTDOORS (e.g., nature hikes, sailing, water sports, swim skills, kayaking, survival skills), ARTS (e.g., crafts, indian art, tie dyes) and GAMES (e.g., tennis, basketball, dodgeball, beach challenges). CBMM’s Kids Club summer camps for 6-7 Year Olds - Saint Michaels, MD
Beginning June 20 and continuing through July 29, the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum is offering its week-long, half day Kids Camps, which bring age-appropriate Chesapeake-themed camps for children 4-7 years of age. Led by a CBMM educator, young Kids Club campers explore the magic of the Chesapeake Bay’s people, animals, and watercraft through fun and interactive activities, stories, games, and crafts. CBMM’s summer camps for children 4-5 years of age are offered during the weeks of June 20, July 4, and July 18; camps for children 6-7 years of age are offered the weeks of June 27, July 11, and July 25. Daily camps take place from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with campers meeting at CBMM’s Dorchester House and exploring the museum’s 18-acre campus and numerous exhibition buildings as part of the program. Participation is limited, with camps filling fast and pre-registration required. The cost for the week-long camp is $125 for CBMM members, or $150 for non-members, with scholarships available.
