Ironwood’s Camp emphasizes ways for young people to serve God today by serving others, to develop camaraderie among each church group, and to challenge young people to take the next step in their spiritual growth, and to have a week of fun. Each day will be filled with fun and hands-on projects. Campers will play games that they have never played before and try activities that allow them to learn new skills and practice old ones—swimming, canoeing, archery, BB guns, wrist rockets, fishing, horseback riding, and crafts to name a few. Kid's Dance Camp | Ages 6 - 12 - Portland, OR

Kid’s Camp at Polaris is designed for students ages 6-12 and offers a full or half day experience, Monday through Friday. Camp is a great way for kid’s to have fun while sampling all that Polaris Dance Theatre has to offer. A typical day at Kid’s Camp includes several dances classes of multiple disciplines including Ballet, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Aerial, Tap classes and more! Students also have the opportunity to express their own creativity through improv classes, games and a daily art project. Introduction to Sports Performance - Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School
Participants in this session will explore and learn sport and athletic performance methods including but not limited to strength, power, explosiveness, speed, quickness, agility, and endurance. Students will be taught multiple exercises, techniques, and routines that can be useful in developing a solid foundation in performance training. They will be exposed to isometric, isotonic, and isokinetic muscular contractions. All attendees will be tested on several different athletic performance measurements and given their results at the conclusion of the sessions, therefore providing areas in which they can improve in the future. Coach Joel Clem is Brebeuf Jesuits Strength and Conditioning Coach, Wellness Center Coordinator, and Physical Education faculty member. During his time as the strength and conditioning coach for Brebeufs athletic teams, he has trained State Championship volleyball, soccer, and hockey teams. He has also trained State Runner-Up football, baseball, soccer, and golf teams. Coach Clem has helped mold over 50 Brebeuf Jesuit student-athletes into collegiate athletes, including over a dozen competing at the Division I level. 3175247050.0

High School Session II - LSU Football Operations
Students who will be in the 9th or greater in the fall of 2016 are eligible to attend. Our high school camps are designed to give each individual athlete a solid foundation in the basic football fundamentals needed to excel at his specific position. LSU Head Football Coach Les Miles directs this program with assistance from his staff and guest coaches. This means you will receive the same expert coaching that every LSU player receives.
