The Nightlands do not make it easy for the Blackwatch. Sometimes the decisions we make do not lead us where we would think. Where will your adventure lead today? Teen Power Camp Begins Tuesday, 1 December! :) - Apollo Beach, FL
It's here! The Fall edition of our Teen Power Camp provides a fundamental fitness foundation for any high school student, scaled to anyone from first timers just trying to get into shape to high school athletes looking for structured off-season training or additional in-season work. The Teen Power Program will introduce athletes to bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, powerlifting and basic olympic weightlifting, all while under the close supervision of a certified CrossFit instructor. Our goal is to teach local Teens how to safely and efficiently move their body and external objects (bars, kettlebells, medicine balls, etc) through space, dramatically improving body composition and improving athletic ability in anyone. Our program is designed to increase stamina, strength, power, endurance, coordination, balance, accuracy and flexibility in any person, all while in a team environment filled with positive people. Every workout is scaled to ANY teens capacity. Teens must be at least 13 years of age and emotionally mature. Cost is $119 per month for children of Apogee members and $139 for children of non-Apogee members Class runs 330-430pm every Tuesday and Thursday. Interested?
