Each Winter Uprising Faceoff Days will consist of warm ups, presentation and group practice of specific Elite faceoff techniques as well as real time faceoffs. Elite Faceoff techniques will include footwork, stance, hand position, primary move, counter move, GB play, wing play, stick work, and shooting instruction, etc. Individual player observation and instruction will occur throughout. Clinic will conclude with a skill appropriate king of the hill. Players will be split in groups based on age/skill if necessary. 2 Faceoff Days Dates and Times: March 19th: 11:00-12:00pm March 20th: 1:00-2:00pm Ages: 6 to 14 years old Please Bring: Full Equipment Cleats Water On the registration link below players can choose how many sessions they would like to attend. Teen Bander Training Camp (ages 14-18) - Hilton, NY
This camp is open to students aged 14-18 who are interested in learning the basic techniques of passerine bird banding, and in examining the scientific reasons for tracking birds of all kinds. Students should have a demonstrated interest in birds to apply; see the Braddock Bay Bird Observatory website for details. This event is sponsored by Braddock Bay Bird Observatory as part of its education program.

ORIGINS Youth Camp 2016 - Sparks, OK
Parents the Youth have chosen Camp #2 which is May 30th - June 3rd. I know it seems far away but we MUST have an idea on a head count so we can go ahead and get our week reserved. It will more than likely be 100% full within a week so we would choose week #3 which is June 6th-June 10th. THE KIDS are choosing Camp #2 because of the speaker we had last year will be at Camp #2. Please chat with your YOUTH AS SOON AS POSSIBLE and let me know by this Wedneday if at all possible. I would like to send in the registration fee for each kid this week to reserve our spots. Lacey Camp (Outdoor) - EXTENDED Session 4 - 2016 - City of Hanford
Grades: K - 12th Morning drop off at Lacey Park; afternoon pick up at the Hanford Teen Center. This weeks theme "Red, White & Blue Week" Parents, is your child ready to have fun and make new friends this summer? If yes, then bring your child to the coolest hot spot in town. The Lacey Park Day Camp is full of fun activities for children grades K thru 6th. This is an outdoor recreation camp. Campers will learn about the benefits of being physically active; as well as, having a healthy lifestyle in the outdoors. Each week campers will engage in various group games, art projects, participate in a talent show and weekly field trips to the Hanford Teen Center, Hanford Plunge and the local Library. Free breakfast and lunch will be provided. A weekly food menu will be provided at request. If your child has a particular taste, you may consider bringing a sack lunch for your child.
