Enjoy learning Applied Statistics and Probability in a practical engineering way by case studies. Focus on statistics concepts, applications over the formula or calculations. Apply the statistics on the Robotics Science Project and other Math problems. Build the solid foundation to embrace the Big Data Analytics World. Boys Basketball - Sanford Day Camp
Stan Waterman will be the head coach for our Basketball program. Stan is the head basketball coach at Sanford since 1991. Under Stans direction, Sanford won multiple State Championships. Stan played point guard at the University of Delaware and is the Dean of Students at Sanford. He is considered to be an outstanding teacher of youth. Stan utilizes both courts of the Sports Center to set up stations for dribbling, passing, jump shooting and foul shooting. The afternoons are used for small team play. 1 on 1, 2 on 2, 3 on 3, etc. By the end of the week, all players are participating in full team scrimmages. Players can expect a good workout every day. -------------- LOCATION: Sanford School. Please drop your child off at the Sports Center at 8:45 a.m. Pick up will be in the same location at 3:15. --------------- WHAT TO BRING: Light-weight, loose fitting shirts, shorts, socks and sneakers. Water Bottle Bathing suit and towel for free swim in the afternoon. Lunch, unless purchasing from Camp. ($35.00/per week) A drink will be provided for all by the Camp. This camp is designed to help 11 to 14 year old girls develop sound field hockey fundamentals and a love of the game, all while having fun! Players will learn individual skills, starting with how to hold a field hockey stick and progressing to dribbling, shooting, dodges, and individual defense. We will also work on team skills such as passing, team defense, corners and much more. Players will have a chance to develop and improve their field hockey ability through drills and games.
