Awesome Camp for Girls
I went to CJDA every summer growing up, and now my girls attend every summer. I love it because they’re learning how to interact with other girls. With all of the back-biting and bullying you hear about in schools nowadays, I believe that CJDA works to counteract that. Girls at this camp learn to love and appreciate other girls. The Summer Camp Event 2016 - New York, NY
Come celebrate The Summer Camp with us! Open bar, free food, camp things and The Wooly DJ! TSC sends over 350 underprivileged girls (ages 6-18) from low-income and foster families to camp in Maine each summer. Unlike similar organizations, TSC brings campers back year after year. So the programming— and the community— grow with the campers. TSC also provides a literacy program to make sure that campers are reading at grade level as well as a mentorship program for “graduates." We will be distributing Blessing bags to the less fortunate at Fairmount Park in Riverside California. What would the Blessing Bags consist of? - Hygiene Products (no mouthwash) - Water Bottle - First Aid materials (no sharp objects) - Baby wipes - Wash cloth - Chapstick - Sunscreen - Nonperishable food items Who is responsible for providing blessing bags? Each student is encouraged to bring a blessing bag with them. You can trade in your bag for a Mercy Chronicles t-shirt on Friday night or Saturday morning before we head to the Park. Transportation: There will be a bus available for transportation to the park. Spaces will be available to those who pre-register first. Please note that you will need to bring along a chaperone for every 10 minors and permission slips will be strongly enforced. Registration Coming soon

Meaning ACYO members ages 12-17 Each participant must bring a signed (by a parent or guardian) waiver with them to retreat. 2016 Teen Musical Camp presents Zombie Night! Directed by Vincent Ratzavong Music Direction Derrick Lacasse Choreographer Jake Boyce Producer Jen Rombalski This doo-wopping musical pays great tribute to classic horror flicks like “Night of the Living Dead,” “The Return of the Living Dead” and “Cemetery High.” Howie, Louise, Gary and Phoebe are in charge of “Zombie Night,” the annual senior class party. They locate an abandoned farmhouse by an old graveyard, once occupied by the creepy, crawly Dr. Thanatos, who tried to re-animate the dead (gulp!). Vivian and Anne show up, determined to destroy the party. (They’re sore losers who wanted a sock hop instead.) Enter a grim farmer who warns the kids that it’s dangerous to stay. We soon discover why — zombies! While the decorations go up, the zombies shuffle from the graveyard. Cosmic cannibals! It’s zombies versus students! The spoof races to a spine-chilling and hilarious finale. With a great opportunity for eerie makeup with the zombies, this bebopping fright-fest plays well at Halloween or any time of year!

Kids Art Camp Spring 2015 Looking for a creative way to fill the spring break week? Campers, ages 6–9, gain inspiration from SJMA exhibitions and participate in hands-on projects that offer in-depth art experiences and technical instruction. Students grow creatively and strengthen their artistic capabilities while they develop team skills and critical thinking. Campers will learn a variety of cheers, jumps, kicks and movements. We?ll also play fun cheerleading games and decorate crazy uniforms to wear at an exhibition on the last day of camp. Cheerleading camp provide children a highly active endeavor in a non-competitive environment that fosters fun and the development of friendships. Join anytime during the week (fee will be pro-rated). Supplies: Campers should bring a snack and beverage and plenty of water each day. All campers should arrive at camp with sunscreen already applied, as well as with additional sunscreen, as needed.
