Ages 10-15: Capital Ultimate Frisbee Camp is a fun alternative for kids who want an active camp but are tired of the same old sports. Ultimate Frisbee is a fast growing, fast paced game that combines skills used in sports like soccer, football and basketball. campers totally newto Frisbee will learn the fundamentals: catching, throwing backhand, forehand, etc. More experienced players will sharpen and extend those skills, plus learn defensive skills, field positioning and more.
