Join in for afternoons of fun and games! Campers will take three off-campus trips a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Trips are mostly in Calvert County and include afternoons at the pool, water park, museum, bowling alley, rock wall climbing, ice skating, and more! On-campus fun will include team sports, water games, arts and crafts, etc. Lots of fun activities are planned to make those hot summer days enjoyable! We will learn about mammals, insects, reptiles and amphibians as we hike, do crafts, and play games. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Critter Capers is a three-day half-day mini-camp at Blue Jay Point County Park for children ages 6-8. All participants should wear play clothes, closed-toe shoes (like sneakers or day hikers) and bring weather appropriate outerwear to each camp session. Lessons include learning audio looping, generating digital sounds from scratch, voice recording, mixing tracks together, and much more. Students will be able to experiment with programs such as Magix Music Maker and Sony Acid Music Studio (both similar to Apples Garage Band).
