Being Jewish on Campus - West Hartford, CT
Being Jewish on campus can be confusing. Many colleges offer a range of ways to enhance your Jewish experience - but college can also challenge some deeply held beliefs, especially with regard to Israel and international politics. This program brings 11th and 12th graders and their parents together with the experts in the field for a deeper conversation about what it means to be Jewish on campus. Youth Ballroom Theatre Camp - Asheville, NC
Inviting all young talents (6-18yr) to attend an afternoon of learning and fun! This camp is designed for beginner to intermediate dancers. Our focus will be: "Mambo" and "Samba" -Learn Balance -Timing -Transitions -Movement -Partnering -Teamwork The camp will be broken into section classes. Youth will be taught a fun choreography during the camp, having the option to perform at a later date. Summer Camp 2015 - Antelope, OR
Horizon Youth is hosting our very first Summer Camp at Washington Family Ranch. This week long camp will be filled with all kinds of activities; basketball, volleyball, skateboarding, rock climbing, disc golf and hiking. If you’ve gone with us before to Winter Camp, you know just how great this camp is. How much more fun will it be to have access to more of what the camp has to offer in the summer months. Like swimming in the pool or zip lining across the lake, and driving go carts, just to name a few. Donnie Moore and his Radical Reality team will be our Guests Speakers all week and Tiffany and the band will be leading us in Worship each day. Build a World - Star Wars & Minecraft - Ohlook Performing Arts Center
What new adventures await you in a world of your own creation! Using visual arts, students will transform their camp space into the world of Minecraft and then portray characters from Star Wars to inhabit the land. Animals within a food chain have some important adaptations for hunting and survival. Learn about top predators like orcas, sharks, giant squid, and osprey and find out some incredible strategies the prey of these predators utilize to avoid detection.
