What do you get when you mix art, cardboard and creativity? Recycling at its finest. You can make just about anything with cardboard from paintings to trees. Imagine the possibilities this week when we work with nothing but cardboard. What happens when you put it in clay? Or when you mix it in the blender to make paper? If you could make anything out of cardboard what would you make? Exploring clay, drawing, painting, 3D construction and more, participants will complete an assortment of individual and group projects in each weeks theme, culminating in a showcase at the end of each camp, followed by the unveiling of an installation at our 9th annual Fall Out of Summer Arts Festival in September. * Artists Exchange will be open Monday the 8th on Victory Day. 401-490-9475

Meeting Monday-Friday, 1-5p, the student will get TWO yoga classes each day, Vinyasa and Restorative. We will also have time to create different elements/crafts that will help the student continue this practice after the camp is finished. We will make journals, mala beads, eye pillows, and they will learn to blend tea and make their own blend to take home. The price also includes 3 additional weeks of unlimited yoga. Our desire with this program is to offer an avenue for the youth in our community to learn how to quiet their mind and to build self-awareness. The running workshop is designed to help ALL athletes in ALL sports improve their speed, agility, and coordination by doing plyometric drills, speed chutes, bungee, and drills designed to increase propulsion, responses, and rate of stride.
