Grades 6-8 Cross country running is a wonderful sport! This four day camp includes instruction on proper warm up and stretching, running technique, racing strategies and basic training. Campers do not have to have any prior running experience. All levels welcome. Athletes need to bring athletic shoes/apparel and water. We'll be traveling from ODBC to Trinity Baptist Church in Oxford, Alabama, for our retreat, and we will spend a day snow tubing on Friday at Stone Mountain, Georgia! Come for great preaching and a fun time connecting with other teens and the Lord! Space is limited on the bus, so register early! Cost is only $75 which covers travel, lodging, and snow tubing (bring additional money for one meal each day while we are traveling). Parents/guardians must sign a hold harmless agreement and provide emergency contact/medical information.

Kids Dojo premier mountain bike programs Spring Break Camp 4/4-4/8 A Spring break program designed to get kids riding! Well ride a variety of local mountain biking trails, and work on specific skills at a local bike pump track. Your child will learn trail safety and courtesy, how to handle different terrain, the art of cornering and managing obstacles, and much more! Bike Dojo will help your child build confidence and hone skills in a fun, safe environment. This class is appropriate for all levels (students will be grouped by ability level following the first day). Class meets at Scotts Valley Cycle Sport, 203 Mount Hermon Road. Students are dropped off at 9:00am and picked up at 4:00pm. Students will be transported via our safe and insured Dojo Bike vans to trail locations. The camp schedule includes 2 training sessions on Friday, 3 training sessions on Saturday and finishes with 2 training sessions on Sunday.
