Solids, Liquids, Gases, Oh My! Have you ever wondered how to make a liquid grow spikes? Or why your cookie recipe needs baking soda? Or how to make liquid water that is colder than ice? This is the camp to get those answers all while having fun. Students will experiment with safe, hands on projects and games exploring the tiniest bits of matter. Each day we will look at a different topic of chemistry and have several activities and experiments related to that topic. Some topics may include food chemistry. Positive Life Change
Although they mentioned "life changing" on their mission statement I though that was just advertising. It turns out this truly was a life changing summer for our daughter. She was also a sweet girl a little on the shy side. But this summer she seemed to blossom. She came home confident and eager to participate in activities at our church. It is sure to be a safe, positive, and motivational camp adventure. Ages 6 & up welcome. $100 per weekly session. Sessions will only have 12 students at a time. Teen Yoga Camp - Bryan, TX
Meeting Monday-Friday, 1-5p, the student will get TWO yoga classes each day, Vinyasa and Restorative. We will also have time to create different elements/crafts that will help the student continue this practice after the camp is finished. We will make journals, mala beads, eye pillows, and they will learn to blend tea and make their own blend to take home. The price also includes 3 additional weeks of unlimited yoga. Our desire with this program is to offer an avenue for the youth in our community to learn how to quiet their mind and to build self-awareness. Studies have shown learning these basic human fundamentals help increase tests scores, better decision making, improved communication skills.

Age 13-16, Session 08 - LMSS - A
Camp provides both first-time and experienced students with a basic understanding of sailing in a recreational, fun environment using the LMSS 420 sailboats, which are perfect for 2-3 sailors. Students will learn the basics of sailing; upwind, downwind, and sailing between two points, along with sail trim, knot tying and terminology. Graduation takes place at the end of each session, parents are encouraged to attend and see their sailors in action. 9524041645.0
Fairytale Storybook Production - Barn Second Floor
Storybook Production is a NEW program developed for young performers that combines a classroom experience and a production! We will develop our own individual characters and create a storyline together, including scenes, songs, and dancing. The production will be based on their favorite Fairytales. Instruction will include basics of vocal projection, stage movement, line memorization, character development and ensemble work. This class is a great introduction to stage acting and a way to help build self confidence, feel part of a supportive community and build performance skills. This program is designed for students age 4-1st grade. Performance will be held in our Performance Center May 6th at 5:30pm. Dress Rehearsal will take place May 5th 4:30-6pm. Get experience in supervision, group management and program planning. Gain insight into the responsibilities of managing the camp community while you work toward your CIT 2 Award.
