Each Winter Uprising Faceoff Days will consist of warm ups, presentation and group practice of specific Elite faceoff techniques as well as real time faceoffs. Elite Faceoff techniques will include footwork, stance, hand position, primary move, counter move, GB play, wing play, stick work, and shooting instruction, etc. Individual player observation and instruction will occur throughout. Clinic will conclude with a skill appropriate king of the hill. Players will be split in groups based on age/skill if necessary. 2 Faceoff Days Dates and Times: March 19th: 11:00-12:00pm March 20th: 1:00-2:00pm Ages: 6 to 14 years old Please Bring: Full Equipment Cleats Water On the registration link below players can choose how many sessions they would like to attend. This camp offers a combination of traditional sports games like floor hockey, soccer, basketball, flag football, handball, wiffleball, physical education activities such as tag games, pinball, battleship, virtual space tag, north south, gold rush, capture the football, and various cooperative games. We ask that our full day campers bring a (peanut butter free) snack and lunch and water bottle, and our half day campers bring a peanut butter free snack and water bottle. Children are divided by age into small groups and will participate in developmentally appropriate activities for their groups. All families are invited to join our workshare on the last day of each session, which will showcase how much campers have accomplished and what a strong community they have built!
