Introduction to Sports Performance - Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School
Participants in this session will explore and learn sport and athletic performance methods including but not limited to strength, power, explosiveness, speed, quickness, agility, and endurance. Students will be taught multiple exercises, techniques, and routines that can be useful in developing a solid foundation in performance training. They will be exposed to isometric, isotonic, and isokinetic muscular contractions. All attendees will be tested on several different athletic performance measurements and given their results at the conclusion of the sessions, therefore providing areas in which they can improve in the future. Coach Joel Clem is Brebeuf Jesuits Strength and Conditioning Coach, Wellness Center Coordinator, and Physical Education faculty member. During his time as the strength and conditioning coach for Brebeufs athletic teams, he has trained State Championship volleyball, soccer, and hockey teams. He has also trained State Runner-Up football, baseball, soccer, and golf teams. Coach Clem has helped mold over 50 Brebeuf Jesuit student-athletes into collegiate athletes, including over a dozen competing at the Division I level. 3175247050.0

Storybook Art Camp - Northwest Art Center
Age Range: 7 and up Description: Young authors and artists will have fun writing, illustrating and creating their very own story book! Through the beautiful art of watercolors combined with watercolor pencils, children will express their creative ideas to write their own story, design their own characters and paint backgrounds to illustrate their very own storybook! Hip Hop: Dance Genre Blender - The Evergreen School
A fun week learning about the dance of hip hop! Take two parts hip hop, one part modern dance, one part Martial arts, and one part ballet… mix it all in a blender and shake it up in the summer heat… throw it on a stage and make a STUNNING dance piece incorporating all these different genres of dance.
