Teen Conditioning Camp - Allison Park, PA
Teen Conditioning Camp will get kids (12-16) conditioned and ready to perform at a high level of physical ability for sports, recreation and fun!! Program is developed by Paul J. Stugart,M.S.,NASM-CPT, CF-L1, Master Trainer, Coach and Cheif Inspiration Officer. Your son or daughter will be challenged to improve fitness & function using ropes, bands, body weight, some weights, rowing, running and more. Each class will different and will structured to develop all aspects of conditioning. We will have team challenges, events, climb ropes, traverse on monkey bars and just overall have fun while conditioning the body. Using quality22 rifles, students hone their marksmanship skills as they participate in exciting range activities that develop concentration and coordination. In this camp participants safely learn to use a variety of different actions and have fun challenging one another while shooting spinners, paddle targets and even eggs! For students in grades 4-8. PLACES EVERYONE! The curtain is rising on a great chance to find your theatre voice. Through a series of FUN master classes that focus on everything from vocal techniques and how to read music, to solo and ensemble work in acting, song, dance, and improvisation, this unique workshop will help you build your own tool kit of theatre essentials, as you create your own work! In addition to an ending showcase, we will be joined by special, guest experts in stagecraft, create our own visuals, and learn audition techniques that will connect everything we will do over the three weeks. Little Chefs (3-6): Pack your bag for a culinary geography adventure. With recipes from around the world, preschoolers will be cooking a new dish every day using summer vegetables. Big Bakers (6-12): Children will bake yeast bread and quick bread, make delicious summer fruit pies and bake foods from other countries.
