Camp RAHH! : An All-Inclusive Summer Camp Experience for Adults - Camp
Camp RAHH will host attendees, counselors & instructors over a three-day weekend this Summer (June 5-7) on a 47-acre site in Samish Island, WA which boasts dense forest, expansive grasslands and private beaches that stretch along Padilla Bay. In addition to classic camp lodging like cabins, tree-houses & huts, there will be ample facilities for group gatherings, communal dining & recreation of all kinds. Environmental Art Camp (VSA Tennessee partnership) - Gallatin, TN
Environmental Art Camp is a program created specifically for individuals with disabilities over the age of 13 who are interested in the environment and have a love of art. The camp will be under the direction of VSA Tennessee teaching artist, Dee Kimbrell. During the camp, the young people will learn about environmental issues and their effect on our national parks. Participants will create their own tunnel books that reflect ecosystems within the parks. They will also create a larger tunnel book specific to the Smoky Mountain National Park. This book will be given to the park as a 100th anniversary gift at Tremont in October. The book will remain on site as an educational tool. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis to the first 20 who register. Registration available by email at: [email protected]

CHILD OF VOLUNTEER - PRESCHOOLERS ONLY This session is reserved for preschool-aged children of volunteers. All other campers and COVs should use the regular camp registration session options and select the COV rate. Not eligible for Cookie Camp. Heres a camp with a technology twist: Drive robots with smartphones, take digital pictures and videos, and learn how to edit them. Brush up your computer knowledge at new, age-appropriate classes. Other highlights include an after-camp lab for DCA/CITs, a sleepover for grades 5-12, and a field day on Friday. 619-610-0821

Week #1 Lavender Mountain This is the start of a summer filled with Friends, Fun, and Exciting field trips. This first week is a hike up Lavender Mountain. We will swing on the rope swing, climb the tower, and pretend to be logs and roll down the grassy hill. There is nothing like a picnic on the top of Lavender Mountain. New games will be played inside and out at the Anthony Center. The Federal Food Pogram will start today and run till July 22nd. Afternoon snack will be provided. We will be swimming once a week, so you need to have a swim bag ready to go with your swimsuit, sun screen, towel and (flip flops for the time we are at the pool). The philosophy of the Newcomer Golf Camp is to introduce the game of golf to juniors aged between 5 and 12 with either no experience or a couple of years of instruction. Campers will learn the fundamentals of the game in a safe, fun and stimulating environment. Instruction will be given at a pace intended to maintain the attention of campers and at the same time be appropriate for each individuals skill level. Active and energetic instructors will lead the youngsters through a series of games and exercises that will develop confidence and passion for the game. Groups will be organized by current skill level. The camp environment is designed to allow participants to meet other young golfers and help foster an enthusiasm and passion for the game.
