Pre-Teen Improv Camp: Session 2 - Norfolk, VA
This camp is open to children ages 7 to 12. Students will explore the key elements of both long and short form improvisation. The children will play numerous improv games which will serve to develop and enhance their public-speaking, social, and team-building skills. This camp will be conducted in a non-judgmental environment where the students will build confidence, make friends, and most importantly… have fun. Snacks will be provided on a daily basis and there will be a pizza-party for lunch on Friday. The camp concludes on Saturday with all students performing in a graduation show on the stage of the Push Comedy Theater. Each student will receive a Push Comedy Theater T-shirt and be eligible to perform in the 4th Annual Norfolk Comedy Festival in late September 2015.

This class is an introduction to building and programming robots using the LEGO Mindstorm NXT software and Technic building pieces. Skills and Scrimmaging Camp - UFCU Disch-Falk Field
This camp is designed to provide instruction in all aspects of the game. Participants will receive instruction in hitting, defense, pitching/catching, baserunning, and strategy. Waterfalls & Wading - July 24 - Camp Pisgah
Come explore the treasured rivers and waterfalls of western North Carolina! In this session, practice boating on our lake, slide down a natural rock cascade, spend the afternoon tubing along a lazy river, hike through DuPont State Park and explore the waterfalls where the Hunger Games movie was filmed. You and your group will still have plenty of time for campfires and smores as well. Due to the nature of this program, girls must be able to swim 25 yards and tread water non-stop for two minutes in order to participate. 336-274-8491

Select a beater bike to transform into your own one-of-a-kind ride. Youll take it apart and put it back together so that its like new. Using wrenches, specialized tools, grease, and your own hands, youll overhaul your brakes, hubs, headsets and thats just the start. From here on out youll be an expert at bike repair and maintenance.
