This camp is designed to introduce the littlest all-stars to the sport of gymnastics in a fun, age-appropriate format. Classes will challenge gross motor skill development such as hopping, skipping, and jumping, enhance balance, improve coordination and introduce fundamental of gymnastics. This camp will include instruction in balance beam & floor exercise. We will emphasize developing strength, flexibility and coordination through daily games, challenges and activities.
