Bozeman Aerial Fitness presents Kids Circus Camp! Circus Camp participants will work through aerial exercises that build strength, muscle awareness and balance.We create noncompetitive environment that teaches confidence and the joy of fitness through aerial arts. We provide a safe and structured introduction to aerial equipment including the aerial hoop, aerial silks,and the aerial hammock and basic tumbling. Campers will work on yoga games specifically designed for children, aerial class and an integrated art project. Falcon Soccer Camp - RSU5 Recreation and Community Education
Kick off the summer with this fun and educational soccer camp. Campers will learn about passing, trapping, shooting, dribbling, and gain a better understanding of the correct terminology and rules of the game of soccer. Campers will be divided by age/skill and participate in fun drills and small sided games. Players should come with shin guards, cleats, and a water bottle. Participants should also bring sneakers for the FHS gym in case of inclement weather. Camp Director Joe Heathco is the FHS Varsity Boys Soccer Coach, USSF D license holder, 1st Aid/CPR certified, 2005 Maine Soccer Coaches and Forecaster Coach of the Year and has over 20 years of coaching experience. This camp is aimed at the basketball player who may have some basketball experience but wishes to learn more. The clinic staff will introduce the aspiring player to fundamental basketball skills as well as some of the finer points for the game in a positive and enthusiastic atmosphere. The clinic will include demonstrations, contests, guest speakers, and much more. This camp will be held from 9:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m., at the Kittery Community Center.
