Maplewood Parks and Recreation is offering a fun sports camp. This exciting camp will introduce campers to different sports/activities each day and will teach them the basics with fun drills, games and activities from our experienced and energetic staff. This is a great way for kids to experience many different sports, keep them active, and allow them to have fun with others in a structured and organized camp, regardless of skill level or previous knowledge. This full day camp is sure to be a bright spot of the participants? summer! Snack will be served in the afternoon. Additional snack available for purchase (chips, candy, Gatorade, water, pop). Nowadays you're always cautious when it comes to placing your kids in the care of other adults. Thankfully there is Bishop Stoney Camp. One visit was all it took to put my mind at ease. I knew letting our boys go there for soccer camp was a good call. The counselors took good care of them making sure they didn't get into trouble and stayed focus on having wholesome fun. Pinedale Schools are OUT on Monday, March 28th. Let your kid come create Art & a Craft with us! Ages 5 to 12, 10am-2:30pm at the Pinedale Library! We are going to Paint the Dandelion Painting in their favorite color, then we will serve lunch (Pizza from Rock Rabbit and a caprisun) and then we will all Create a Terracotta Pot Wind Chime for Spring that is right around the corner! All Supplies and Lunch included! We will provide tshirts to protect clothing, but please dress in clothing that can get messy during class. Spark those curious minds and imaginations this summer at the Children’s Museum of Evansville (cMoe!) cMoe camps offer quality experiences and are led by certified teachers. In addition to the weekly themed activities, campers have daily exploration time in our museum. All full-day camps are available to children entering 1st-7th grade for the 2016-2017 school year. This camp will combine drama, with the music and dance styles of Michael Jackson! We will be acting out an original interpretation of this classic Norwegian Folktale with a BIG twist! In this tale, we learn that Father Troll is only trying to feed his family, and that he is not so back after all. We will be exploring the MJ/Jackson 5 hits; Blame it on the Boogie, Leave Me Alone, Wanna Be Starting Something, Bad, Beat It, and Man in the Mirror. 206-473-9580

The week will culminate with a performance on Friday afternoon where we will rock out as a group. *Players are welcome to bring their own drum kit.
