She's back! and better than ever. The 8th installment of the famous "B Pat Rager" will be a high intensity weekend long camping event full of live music, mayhem, and a hangover that will last well into your work week. Expect the unexpected, our largest event did over 1.2k people. You have the freedom to bring what you want to your camping area (Sterio, bbq grill, pong table) As far as smashing on some food goes - our friend Craig Jackson will be bringing back his tasty BBQ cart There will be a NEW security team on the premises. ANY unwanted physical contact will NOT be tolerated at all. Returning to Teen Camp - undefined, CA
In the summer of 2014, I did something I never really thought I was called to do: work with TEENS. Being 21 at the time, I still considered myself one. Me? Being paired up with a 14-year old girl? Confronting normal teen issues paired with the difficulty that comes hand in hand while being in the foster system? Definitely a challenge. Not just zip-ling fun and games. (Also, I came home with crutches that year. FROM TRIPPING IN THE CAFETERIA. Hangry?) However, seeing how camp is something these kids/teens look forward to every year and how a weekend in the woods reminds them they are loved and adored is invaluable. Being with older and wiser counselors also inspired me because seeing the way they love unconditionally inspires me to not be selfish with my time and personal ambitions. These kids, this camp. It means something. A safe place with the ability to change lives long term. I'm proud to say that I'm returning to Teen Camp this year and it would be amazing to share the stories from last time with you (when I get a blog post up.) NFL Alumni Players & Cheerleaders Caring for Kids Campaigns - Jacksonv
The JVC TV Fundraiser program is in coordination with JVC, the NFL Alumni's mission of "Caring for Kids" and the NFL Play 60 Program, a program that promotes the idea of 60 minutes of exercise a day for kids of all ages. The fundraiser consists of two JVC TV’s, an HD 55” and the other an HD 65”. Only 300 tickets will be available exclusively on our web site for $20 each or 3 for $50. Each ticket has the opportunity to win one of the two TVs. Once the 300 tickets are sold no more will be available. It will be a first come, first serve event. The first ticket that is drawn will win the 55” TV, then the second ticket drawn will win the 65” TV. The grand drawing will be held during our 4th Quarter NFL Alumni "Meet & Greet", Nov. 19 6pm to 9pm, scheduled to be located at the BoneFish Grill in Jacksonville Beach. The drawing itself will be scheduled for 8pm.

Alive Kid's Camp - McKinney, TX
Kid's Camp is just around the corner for kids ages 8-12. We will be headed to the district camp this year, called Alive Kid's Camp. We are looking forward to meeting kids from other churches, having life-changing spiritual experiences during the services, and lot of fun activities during the day. Daytime activities will include: swimming, lake activities, paddleboats, ziplining, rock climbing wall, and messy team games. Cost is $250 per student. $100 deposit and all camp forms found in the camp packet are due by April 12. The remaining balance will be due by June 7. Camp packets are available now! 2016 RVA 6-8 yr. old Fishing Camp - Forest Hill Park
This week with Virginia Fishing Adventures offers campers the opportunity to learn the basics of freshwater fishing, from casting, to lure and bait choices, to the best places to catch fish. We fish mostly private ponds with this younger camp to ensure success. Safety is our number one priority, so all campers will wear life jackets when in the water or on a boat.
