Nature Investigators - North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences
Calling all campers who are curious, full of questions, and eager to investigate the world around us! Campers will use scientific tools to go on expeditions in and around our Museum to study and observe what lives here. Code Computer Science - Morgan Park Academy
Code Studio is a fun, creative platform for learning basic coding and computer science! Using a blended learning model, your children are learning with a mix of online activities (on the computer) and unplugged classroom activities that use no computer at all.This format helps nurture creativity, problem solving, collaboration, and logic through interactive, self-paced tutorials, featuring short video lectures and game-like puzzles. 773-881-6700

Threes (M/W/F) (birthdays between 9/1/12 and 8/31/13) - JCC ECP
Daily activities for children who are in the three-year-old program are based upon projects and units of study that are interesting and meaningful to those children. A balanced schedule provides experiences in group and individual settings and includes stories, music, language experiences, natural discovery, and inquisitive discussions that include research. Classrooms are arranged into centers that include educational toys, materials, and games based upon age appropriateness and the interests of the children. These include centers for books, blocks, sensory materials, art, puzzles and manipulatives, math, science, and dramatic play. Children have the opportunity to work and play in these centers individually, with a friend, or in small groups. Choosing centers provides practice in making decisions, following directions, working independently, and learning about the care and use of materials. Outside time offers opportunities for gross motor development (including climbing, running, jumping, pedaling, and building), social interactions, as well as a chance to experience weather and seasons. Children can also experiment with sand and water during these outside periods. Daily group times provide opportunities for your child to learn in a large group setting. Debate Camp: Advanced - Hopkins Campus
This camp is for students who have some exposure to debate or speech activities, a strong interest in debating domestic and foreign affairs, or attended Intro to Debate camps. Advanced Debate Camp reviews the fundamentals of competitive academic debate while deepening your understanding of argument theory, critical thinking, research and speech skills. The topic for the 2016–17 national high school season topic (announced in the spring) will be a central point of discussion. 952-988-3463
